Line Bak Ceramics endeavors to answer your inquiry as quickly as possible. Most emails will be answered within one working day.

Prices.
 

All prices are daily prices and in Danish kroner incl. 25% VAT. Line Bak Ceramics reserves the right for out-of-stock items and typing errors. All prices are excl. freight and delivery.

 

 

Payment
 

Line Bak Ceramics uses Pay Pal as it is your financial security against fraud. When you pay online, all your personal information will be encrypted, incl. your card details. 

 

If you do not want to pay with your credit card online, you have the option of transferring the amount to Line Bak Ceramics' account in Danske Bank with reg. no. 3409 account no. 0011363393. Or via Mobile Pay. In that case, just write onemailfor Line Bak Ceramics. However, be aware that if you use bank transfer you are not protected bythe objection procedure

Order confirmation
 

When Line Bak Ceramics has registered your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation shows the order number, the total price and the expected delivery time.

Delivery & Shipping Costs
 

All shipments are subject to a shipping fee. The shipping fee includes shipping, packing and insurance. Items in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. When the item is dispatched from Line Bak Ceramics, you will receive a receipt for dispatch by mail. The email contains shipping information, including Track and Trace, so you can follow your package. 

Line Bak Ceramics offers free shipping on purchases over DKK 1000 

Pickup.
 

You are very welcome to pick up your order in person at Line Bak Ceramics, so that you avoid the shipping costs. However, you must always have an agreement on collection in advance.   

Freight
 

Line Bak Ceramics uses Post Danmark for all shipments.

Complaint
 

Line Bak Ceramics provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act covering defects found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and deficiencies must be notified to Line Bak Ceramics within 1 week after the error or deficiency is discovered or should have been discovered. 

Return & Exchange
 

Line Bak Ceramics wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If it should happen that you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to exchange it for another item or refund the money as long as the item is returned unused and in the same condition as when received. For returns and exchanges mustthe return formbe filled out. You will find the form by followingthe link(opens in a new window as a pdf).

 

Return conditions

You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. If the item is used or broken, the item cannot be exchanged or refunded. You must always contact Line Bak Ceramics before returning your item by writing an email to mail@linebak.dk. Once Line Bak Ceramics has received and approved your return reasons, you will be contacted by Line Bak Ceramics.

Shipping costs in connection with returns are paid by the buyer and cannot be refunded by Line Bak Ceramics unless the return is due to an error or shipping damage. When returning, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. The buyer bears sole risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. 

Goods that have been manufactured to the buyer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch are not covered by the right of withdrawal. 

 

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. If you regret your purchase, you must notify Line Bak Ceramics within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing an email tomail@linebak.dkIn your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then be contacted by Line Bak Ceramics. Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving Line Bak Ceramics clear notice of this. 

 

Refund

If you would like a refund for the item, please provide your account details. Costs in connection with the return of an item are borne by the buyer and cannot be refunded by Line Bak Ceramics unless the return is due to an error or shipping damage. Please note that goods returned without prior agreement may be rejected. 

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, simply send an email to Line Bak Ceramics with information on which product you want instead. Shipping costs in connection with exchanges are paid by the buyer and cannot be refunded by Line Bak Ceramics unless the return is due to an error or shipping damage.

For all returned goods, mustthe return formbe correctly completed and attached. Please note that your return package may be rejected if the return form is missing. 

 

Line Bak Ceramics encourages you to get a receipt and package ID at the post office, as it makes it easier to track your shipment if needed. 

 

Please note that Line Bak Ceramics does not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. 

 

Refund.
 

In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and Line Bak Ceramic therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account.
